This policy only applies to consumer purchases.

Return Policy Details

STEPS
  • 1. Please examine first once you received you chair, make sure there’s no problem with your items and then assemble it. Please contact us if anything wrong is detected.Only the unassembled chairs can be returned. If the chair has already been assembled, you shall not return it.
  • 2. Send an email with images of the issue or product image if not opened yet to sales-support@andaseat.com
  • 3. Once we confirm and approve the return / exchange, customer will need to ship it back to the address provided by Anda Seat with customer’s own expense and provide us with a tracking number once the chair is shipped back.
  • 4. After the inspection of the package, we will refund the full amount or after deducted the restocking fee.

CONDITION OF PRODUCT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN Must be in excellent condition.
● The original packaging should not be damaged.
● No missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received).
● To avoid damage during the return process,please completely disassemble the product.
We are not responsible for any damages that result from shipping partially disassembled products.
Follow your warranty statement
DETAILS Before sending a return, please remember to send email to sales-support@andaseat.com with details of your order or/and photos of damage (Only DOA) within 7 days, basing on tracking.
Return includes any/all replacement parts issued for warranty (if applicable)
REFUND Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase of the returned goods. Refunds should be credited to your account within a few days, depending on your bank's practice.

STEPS:

For missing or damaged part, we will arrange a replacement for you ASAP.

Please follow our return instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to the correct location in good condition, including its original packaging. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit or rejected because it was sent to the wrong address.

For high value goods, we encourage you to pay for shipping insurance to safeguard against any loss or damage. You are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers.

All returns and refunds decisions by Andaseat shall be final.
  • * If you purchased your chair through a licensed third-party vendor, please contact their representative directly.
  • * If you are unable to reach out to them, please contact our customer service department at sales-support@andaseat.com.
  • * Licensed third-party vendors can carry their own policies which can alter the length of the warranty for the chair purchased will extend to.
  • * If a chair is purchased through a licensed third-party vendor, the warranty on the chair will consist of the policies offered by the seller of the chair. Anda seat cannot extend the warranty that would come with your purchase.
You may also want to know:
  • * You may cancel an order at any time ONLY IF your order has yet to be shipped (tracking details yet to be made available).
  • * If you need to change your information, please let us know within 24 hours after purchase. Any costs incurred in amending the address and other information after shipment will be borne by the customer.
  • * Please contact us first if you don't want the chair anymore before or after the parcel arrives; the parcel could only be shipped back and accepted by our warehouse after we confirm and approve. You are responsible for any loss caused by not complying with our return policy and all costs incurred.
  • * The product's packaging must not be damaged as the original packaging, in proper condition, is required.
  • * In view of the different lighting and backgrounds and monitors, colour differences are unavoidable; we have adjusted the colour difference to the minimum range; the colour of the actual product shall prevail.
  • * You are responsible for the product's return shipping and costs. All goods to be returned must be marked as "Returned Goods".

We are sad to see you go but if you really need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return.
